Elite Game Vision LLC

Effective Date: 05/18/2026

By booking, paying a deposit, or using services provided by Elite Game Vision LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

Elite Game Vision LLC provides sports photography and videography services for games, events, athletes, teams, and related activities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and agreement between both parties.


2. Booking & Deposit

A deposit may be required to secure any booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in advance.

  • Deposits may be forfeited if the client cancels without proper notice.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
  • If Elite Game Vision LLC must cancel due to emergencies or circumstances beyond control, a full refund of any deposit will be issued or a reschedule will be offered.

4. Weather, Venue, and External Conditions

Elite Game Vision LLC is not responsible for delays, reduced coverage, or cancellations caused by weather, venue restrictions, lighting conditions, security restrictions, or other external factors outside of our control.


5. Media Delivery & Turnaround Time

Final edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within the agreed turnaround time. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to workload, event volume, or unforeseen technical issues.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee if agreed in advance.


6. Content Availability (Video Projects)

For video projects, the final product depends on the amount and quality of footage captured during the event.

If a player, team, or subject does not provide enough usable clips, gameplay, or action, Elite Game Vision LLC is not responsible for limited final video output. In such cases, the best possible result will be created using available footage, and this does not qualify for a refund or discount.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event details and schedules
  • Ensuring access to venues or players when required
  • Obtaining any necessary permissions for filming
  • Communicating expectations clearly before the event

Failure to provide proper access or information may affect coverage quality.


8. Editing Style & Creative Control

By booking Elite Game Vision LLC, clients agree to trust our creative direction and editing style. Final edits, color grading, pacing, and selection of clips are at the discretion of the company.


9. Media Usage Rights

Elite Game Vision LLC retains the right to use all captured photos and videos for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.

Clients are granted personal usage rights for delivered content but may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit media without written permission.


10. Copyright Ownership

All media produced by Elite Game Vision LLC remains the intellectual property of the company unless full rights are explicitly transferred in writing.

Unauthorized use, editing, or resale of content is prohibited.


11. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full by the agreed deadline. Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed delivery of final media and/or additional fees.

Elite Game Vision LLC reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is completed.


12. Limitation of Liability

Elite Game Vision LLC is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or incidents occurring during events
  • Technical failures (camera, storage, or equipment issues)
  • Loss of footage due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Delays caused by third parties or external conditions

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for services rendered.


13. Force Majeure

Elite Game Vision LLC is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, illness, travel interruptions, or emergencies.


14. Agreement

By booking or using services from Elite Game Vision LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
